I think he is 鄭棣盛 an insurance salesman from Hong Kong mainly working in south China.

I think that some of this is true between Chinese marriages. Mostly Cantonese families. It does not speak of all marriages though. He has his points, we cant say he is wrong, nor can we say he is right. All we can is to consider what he says.
