The BEST thing to do is to ignore him, & focus on the positive replies. If you remove him, he will Comment again, probably worse than the first time.

I work in a restaurant and I find this kind of behavior extremely irritating. Granted, I serve people their food. I'm a servant. My job is to take orders, smile, nod, and refill drinks. It's not intellectually challenging, but I do it because I make a small fortune in cash in a shift.
