    Nice.It worries me a bit that anyone should think there needs to be a distinction. Are you thinking of particular industries where not many women are yet employed? It too often happens in so many fields that women have to be twice as good as men to be considered equal to them.

    Instead of discussing the details with her directly...... I would put a note in each bathroom stall. I would see if the Notice in the bathroom fixes the problem, if not then you have no choice but to discuss the matter with her.
